The Foundation seeks to places the resources of the fund at the disposal of individuals and groups, who endeavour to promote the personal development, education and well-being of those, who in one way or another, find themselves living on the margins of our society.

National Drugs Strategy

The Department of Community, Rural & Gaeltacht Affairs has responsibility for the coordination of the national drugs strategy. Drugs Task Forces have been established in many areas to implement the strategy in communities affected by drug addiction. The primary role of the Drugs Task Forces is to assess the nature of the problem in their communities, support projects that address the problem and monitor progress in reducing the impact of drug addiction.
